Behind The Scenes at Comic Con 2016

This month, we were asked by Leeds Museums & Galleries to put together a project on Comic Con, based at The Royal Armouries Hall. The event took place between the 1st and 6th of November, where they hosted a whole 100 exhibitor tables! Our team at Digifish headed to the venue for the day to capture the buzzing atmosphere of this exciting Comic Convention.  The film will be used for an exhibition for Abbey House Museum in Leeds, all about comics and superheroes. With an incredible line-up of independent artists, retailers, publishers and international guests - it was a busy day to say the least and the team had a great time on location!

Throughout the day we filmed members of the public and asked them their thoughts on Comic Con, the world of comics, and of course, we had to find out the all important question: “DV vs Marvel? - who do you love more? And why?”. The team also grabbed some footage at the Cosplay Masquerade, which took place in the afternoon, where the public had dressed up in costumes, which was pretty spectacular to capture too! All in all, another great live event to film! If you can’t wait until the video is live, take a little peak at our little teaser video, where we take you behind the scenes with Digifish at Comic Con!
